V-Ads..questions

Hi, first time comming here!!!
..I was hoping I could just talk to an associate instead of asking questions here
 1. If i bought this mod, can i get a personal programmer to reconstruct the code..(i was tryin to create a way to use the mod in a way that would save my pre-roll, mid-roll, and post-roll to one location. Then as soon as someone creates a video on mywebsite, it can automatically and randomly be added to that video. Not only dat, videos on my website are deleted in a timeframe, and i want to make sure those rolls are saved no matter what.
 2. I plan on using this mod advertisment feature with a diverse advertising agancy. But its a problem if there invideo advertisment is not in the format which is supported by the V-Ads' mod. So i would like to tweek it to have a video converter option.
 3. In this website, they have shown the banner format working with commision junction..(is this the only advertising agency that is accepted with this type of mod?...Also, can it be created automatically like my question in number 1.
 4. If question 1 and question 3 are possible, i would like to use both options on every video that is created on my website at the same time..in the way described...so i guess my last question is can the programmers at motionwiz help me out with these features.

It already works that way.

V-Ads will play FLV or MP4 videos.  You could always convert their videos manually before uploading using something like SuperC if they are in a different format.

Commission Junction was used as an example in the tutorial because I know it works.  There are most likely other affiliate ads that will work.  You just have to be able to separate the affiliate link (URL) from the banner image.

V-Ads already places the video and banner ads over every uploaded video on your PHPmotion site so there is no need to hire a programmer.
