I am launching my site soon and wanted to get some in video advertisement as currently I want to be able to pay some features.
As a starter can you can you tell me if V-ADS would help me with that, also I am interested in a custom player as I don't like the current player as it freezes too many times, is there a way to customize the JW player to match a site theme.

V-ads will allow you to display in-video ads on your uploaded videos.

V-Ads uses FlowPlayer and the colors can be matched to your theme.

Does it come with the latest version of FlowPlayer? 3.2.5?

It comes with FlowPlayer 3.2.1 but it can easily be updated.
